Accommodation


  • The Lodge has 32 rooms en-suite.
  • We can accommodate a total of 100 persons.
  • The rooms are fully serviced and equipped with warm blankets and gas heaters.
  • Rooms vary in sizes, accommodating from a single to a family of 6.
  • Take note that there is no electricity at the Lodge, it is run by Generator.
  • Please book well in advance for our winter months, as most of the weekends in our winter season get booked out a year ahead.
  • Please contact our reservation office for an updated price list.
  • Children under 12 have discounted pricing.
  • Lunch is a’la carte.


Restaurant & Pub


  • We have a licensed restaurant with A’la Carte and table d’hote menus.
  • Our lunch menu is A’la carte.
  • We have a set menu for our guests during the winter season - a warm, hearty 4-5 course meal.
  • Lunch packs can be arranged with the staff the previous night, for people that go out skiing, mountain climbing, fishing or 4x4 for the day.
  • Two very well stocked bars, with a very wide selection of wines.


Conference Facilities


  • Our summer months are kept busy with workshops and conference held by various groups and countries around the world, from the UN, UK, US, EU and SA.
  • Many weeks are booked out in advance for Conference groups.
  • We have special tariffs for conference delegates.
  • The Conference Hall can accommodate about 100 delegates.
  • The hall is fully equipped with private kitchen, toilet facilities and a store room.
  • It is fully equipped with: screens, white boards, flip charts, photocopy machine, overhead projector and a sound system.
  • A few examples of Conferences that we have accommodated are: UNICEF, US Peace Corp, Danish Volunteer, Consulate General of Ireland, Lesotho Embassy, World Vision, IEC and the Maluti-Drakensburg Transfrontier Programme.

These facilities need to be booked well in advance.
